Apple oxidation is a very interesting experiment. Many people notice that apples turn brown after some time after cutting. We tested the effects of air, water, vinegar, and oil on apple oxidation. Air affects apples the fastest. Oil, due to its dense structure, is impermeable to air and prevents oxidation.
